1. Product implementation standards
This product is designed and manufactured according to GB/T 31840.1-2015 "Aluminum Alloy Core Extruded Insulated Power Cable with Rated Voltage 1kV to 35kV Part One: Cable with Rated Voltage 1kV to 3kV".
2. Scope of application
This product is suitable for the transmission of electric energy in 1kV and 3kV power transmission and distribution systems. It has the characteristics of light weight, moisture resistance, etc., and can be laid in direct burying, bridge racks, pipes, brackets, cable trenches, etc. indoors and outdoors.
3.Use characteristics
a) Power frequency rated voltage U0/U 0.6/1kV.
b) The allowable long-term maximum temperature of the cable conductor does not exceed 90°C.
c) The maximum temperature of the cable conductor does not exceed 250℃ during short circuit (the longest time does not exceed 5S).

4.Product characteristics
(1) Electrical performance
The conductivity of Mingda aluminum alloy conductor is between aluminum and copper. Under the same current carrying capacity, the weight of the same length of aluminum alloy conductor is only half of that of copper conductor. (2) Creep resistance
Mingda aluminum alloy conductors are added with various metal elements such as iron, copper, zinc, magnesium, rare earth, and a unique heat treatment process, which greatly reduces the "creep" tendency of metals under heat and pressure. The connection performance is greatly improved, especially when the conductor is annealed, the alloy elements added produce high creep resistance, and the stability of the connection can be guaranteed even when overloaded and overheated for a long time.
(3) Connection performance
The connection performance of Mingda aluminum alloy cable and fittings has passed the GB/T9327 1000 thermal cycle test, which proves the long-term stability and reliability of Mingda aluminum alloy cable connection, which is the only basis for judging the connection quality.
(4) Corrosion resistance
Aluminum quickly forms a dense oxide film with a thickness of about 2x10-4mm in the air to prevent the internal metal from being further corroded. Because of the addition of rare earth elements such as cerium and lanthanum to the aluminum alloy conductor of Mingda, the corrosion resistance of the metal material that uses aluminum as the conductor is further improved. The corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy is much better than that of copper in a sulfur-containing environment.
High elongation: The elongation rate of Mingda aluminum alloy conductor can reach more than 30%, which is an important indicator of the quality of the product and the ability to withstand external forces.
Strength and toughness: The flexibility of Mingda aluminum alloy is 25% higher than that of copper. Even if it is repeatedly stressed, it will not crack, which reduces the potential safety hazards during the installation process.
Easy to bend: The minimum bending radius of the Mingda aluminum alloy cable is 7 times the cable outer diameter, which reduces the installation layout space, makes it easier to lay, and saves installation costs.
Low rebound: The rebound angle of Mingda aluminum alloy cables is 40% smaller than that of copper cables, which is more conducive to the tightness of the terminal connection joints, and is easy to compress to improve the stability of the connection.
