Production and Shipping


After the contract is signed, users are welcome to send people to our company to supervise manufacturing, actively cooperate with the users assigned to our company, and provide help in work and life.

Before the product is shipped, our company will promptly notify the user to receive the goods, and provide the user with the quality certificate and the goods delivery note related to the batch of products.

 If the packaging tray is damaged or the cable is damaged due to transportation reasons, our company will promptly send someone to assist the user in negotiating the compensation with the transportation department, negotiate the solution, and actively send someone to repair it to meet the user's satisfaction.

If the cable is shipped in large quantities, our company will send someone to escort it to the destination.

 During the on-site inspection and installation, if any cable quality problems are found due to the responsibility of our company.    After receiving the notice, our company promises to reply within 24 hours and send someone to the scene to deal with it in time.

The personnel dispatched by our company to your company's on-site service should negotiate the arrival date with the user's phone.    If due to some objective reasons, they cannot arrive as scheduled, they must notify the user in advance and explain the reason or take corresponding measures to ensure that the user is not affected.    Report the loss or reduce the loss to a lower level.

 If it is confirmed by both parties that the quality problem of the cable is caused by our company's manufacturing, and the cable cannot be used continuously, our company is responsible for the "three guarantees", that is, repair, replacement, and return.

  If there is a difference in quality or it is difficult to determine, it must be inspected by an authoritative organization, and if the inspection result is found to be unqualified, our company will bear all direct losses and expenses incurred, including sampling fees, transportation fees, and loading and unloading fees.    And inspection fees.
