    This product is a single core flexible cable designed specifically for solar power distribution systems. It has high flexibility, low temperature toughness, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, ozone resistance, humidity and heat resistance, and UV resistance. It is suitable for photovoltaic power stations, junction boxes, connectors, inverter combiner boxes, and other fields with a rated DC voltage of 1800kV and below.
    The characteristics of photovoltaic cables are determined by their special insulation materials and sheath materials. We call them cross-linked PE and cross-linked PO, which are expressed in XLPE or XLPO. After irradiation by an irradiation accelerator, the molecular structure of the cable materials will change, thus providing various performances. In fact, during installation and maintenance, cables can be routed on sharp edges of the roof structure, and must withstand pressure, bending, tension, cross tensile loads, and strong impacts. If the strength of the cable sheath is insufficient, the insulation layer of the cable will be severely damaged, which will affect the entire service life of the cable, or lead to problems such as short circuits, fire, and danger of personal injury. The UV resistance and flame retardancy of the online cable have been greatly improved, and the waterproof and alkali resistance of the cable have been reinforced and improved
